On Monday Grapeseed was 50 weeks old! This week she started clapping! We have been working on it for a while. She was clapping using the back of one hand, but now it is full on Patty Cake, Patty Cake! She has also been doing the Gran sign language for about two weeks now (we call this "saying" Gran, she pats her chest when you say Gran or she sees a picture of her, my Mama teaches it to all the grandchildren. I didn't know if GS would do it b/c we don't see her all the time, but she is a fast learner!)
Papa John had GS a surprise when we went to visit. You may not be able to see her b/c the surprise was camouflaged ; ) (She was being silly during our Monday photo shoot!)
For Halloween GS is going to dress up as Little Red Riding Hood. Tio Isaac had given her the perfect dress to use and Abuelaita made her the cape. Wednesday we had a costume fitting. GS is too cute!!
