45 Weeks and some fun days!

For the long weekend we went to visit my parents, Gran & Papa John. We were thankful to be able to escape the carpet smell! Sunday we had a little "surprise" birthday celebration for Papa John. His birthday is not until October 17th, but hunting season is starting and he needed is gift early : )

Monday Grapeseed was 45 weeks old. Her "Monday" picture was taken at my parent's house.


Today was rainy all day. We had talked about going to Sea World for a couple hours, but considering the weather, we headed to the science center. GS had a lot of fun. Her favorite thing was the red airplane and the aquarium of turtles. She would rub her hand on the glass trying to catch them ; ) We enjoyed our time there (especially since we got in for free), but the Orlando Science Center could definitely use some sprucing up.


After GS's afternoon nap we headed to Steve's parent's house to celebrate Grandpa's birthday. Today is his actual birthday ; ) GS practiced for her up coming birthday by opening Grandpa's presents. Abuelita is trying to teach GS to blow out candles. My advice to anyone coming to GS's party, don't eat any of her cake with the candle, she can only blow air out her nose at this time ; )
