Grape Seed's hernia is gone! Well, there is still a small hole, but nothing seems to be poking through. That's a praise! The doctors said it would take about a year, but we have been praying hard!
On the 12th Grape Seed had the test for her kidneys. The ultrasound showed that her kidneys are healthy (praise), but the X-ray showed that she has reflux in both kidneys, this is were urine goes back up instead of just straight down and out. Now she is on antibiotic daily to prevent any infections, which can scar the kidneys. Her condition is a Level 2+ on a 1-5 scale. Being that it is on the low side of the scale it should heal on it's own in time. We will go back for another test in 6 months. The test is horrible because they have to strap Grape Seed down to this medical board (so they could tilt her) and she SCREAMED the entire time, needless to say I am not looking forward to it.
So, our prayer is that: 1. no more infections (so, the UTI wasn't my fault, but I wish is would have been that simple!) 2. no horrible diaper rash from the antibiotics like last time 3. no more reflux in 6 months, healed!! 4. for an easy testing time for Grape Seed (it didn't hurt her, she was fine until they strapped her down).
Being pregnancy and giving birth is the easy part! But, right now she is on her play mat laughing at the toys....makes it worth all the worry!

Who would have thought the being pregnant and labor were the easy parts!!!!!! I like your counter on the side :o)
